Come to Visit us


To reach our Farmhouse by car is comfortable, easy and fast since the Vibrata Valley is served by two major Italian highways: the A14 Adriatic Highway and the A24 Highway Rome–Teramo, which extends to the junction with the A14 near Giulianova. In addition, the Abruzzo International Airport of Pescara can be reached in about 45 minutes driving, while the Marche Airport of Ancona is just over an hour away by car. Finally, even the airports of Rome, Ciampino and Fiumicino, are very well connected to the Vibrata Valley by frequent daily bus rides.

By Car

  • A14 Adriatic Highway Bologna – Bari – Taranto
    • Exit at the Val Vibrata toll gate of the A14 Adriatic highway.
      Coming from north, the Val Vibrata exit is the one following San Benedetto del Tronto – Ascoli Piceno
      Coming from south, the Val Vibrata exit is the one following Giulianova.
    • At the roundabout take Strada Provinciale 259 towards Corropoli (the second exit) and continue for about 4.5 km up to the intersection between the S.P. 259 and Via Nicola Rosati, located on the right.
    • Turn rigth on Via Nicola Rosati and continue for exactly 1 km until the arrival at the Farmhouse Gli Olmi on the right.

    A24 Highway Rome – Teramo

    • Travel the A24 highway Rome – Teramo eastbound all the way to the end at the toll gate of Teramo.
    • Continue straight ahead, without discontinuity, on the Teramo – Giulianova freeway towards Giulianova up to the junction with the A14 Adriatic highway.
    • Take the A14 highway northbound (towards Ancona/Bologna) up to the first exit: Val Vibrata.
    • From the Val Vibrata toll gateof the A14 highway continue as described in the previous paragraph.

By plane

  • From Fiumicino and Ciampino (www.adr.it).
    The airports of Rome, Ciampino and Fiumicino, are connected by frequent daily bus rides that take directly, without changes of line, to the train station of Alba Adriatica (6 Km from Gli Olmi) or to several other locations near our Farmhouse such as Giulianova, San Benedetto del Tronto and Tortoreto.

From the International Airport of Pescara (www.abruzzoairport.com)
Take the urban bus lines number 38 or 8 of the company GTM towards downtown Pescara up to the “Pescara Centrale” train station.. From there it is possible to continue in two alternative ways: by train or by bus (please refer to the box below).

By Train

The nearest train stations to our Farmhouse are the following:

  • Alba Adriatica (6 Km);
  • Giulianova (16 Km);
  • San Benedetto del Tronto (21 Km);

By Bus

Several public and private bus services connect the Vibrata Valley with the major cities such as Teramo, Pescara, San Benedetto del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno, L’Aquila, Rome and others. The main ones are:

  • TUA – Trasporti Unici Abruzzesi - Stops: "Bv. Corropoli" (1 Km); "Giulianova-Stazione FS" (16 Km). ;
  • Gaspari - Stop of "Alba Adriatica Stazione" (6 Km).
  • Start - Stops: "Alba Adriatica" (6 Km); "Porto D’Ascoli" (16 Km).
  • Baltour - Stops: "Alba Adriatica" (6 Km); "Giulianova Stazione" (15 Km); "Giulianova Casello A14" (20 Km).
